Using Apple's wireless headphones, the AirPods, to watch television in privacy is a more pleasurable experience. AirPods are fantastic for use with iPhones, iPads, and Macs, but many people are unaware that they can also be used with an Apple TV set-top box. You can watch television late at night or early in the morning while listening to audio broadcast wirelessly across the living room without generating disruptions or waking anybody else up!
There has never been a time when there were so many options for watching your favorite entertainment, from tablets and smartphones to laptops and smart TVs. However, just because you can connect almost anyplace does not imply that everyone in your immediate vicinity does as well. The location and timing of your viewing activities are not always ideal while you're out in public, but late-night viewing and crowded shared places may make it tough to keep the noise level down for you and the people around you.
You might consider attaching your headphones to the TV set for private listening if you want to hear your favorite programs and movies above the din of the house, or if you want to avoid disturbing your family members or roommates but don't want to watch on your iPhone. If you have an Apple TV and a device running tvOS 11 or later, you can link your AirPods with the box using Bluetooth technology, allowing others around you to continue their conversations while you concentrate on your viewing. So, how to use AirPods with apple tv?
You can connect your AirPods to an Apple TV in two ways. The quickest and most straightforward approach is to use the same iCloud account to connect your Apple TV and AirPods. Follow these steps after making sure your AirPods and Apple TV are up to date with the newest software:
Even if you're using a different iCloud account, setting up your AirPods on an Apple TV shouldn't be too difficult. What you need to do is as follows:
It's not as smooth, but you can use your Apple TV to listen to music privately with whatever Bluetooth headphones you like. To do so, this is how:
It just takes a few seconds to pair your AirPods with a brand-new iPhone. Make sure your iPhone has Bluetooth enabled. Just yet, don't remove your AirPods from their charging case. Your phone displays a card informing you that they aren't linked to this particular iPhone in question. Connect by pressing the Connect button. To begin charging, press and hold a button on the charging case's rear, but make sure the lid remains open. When the AirPods are connected, a message appears informing the user that they are connected. Tap Done, remove your earbuds and start listening to your favorite music. Simply take them out of the case the next time you want to use them with your iPhone, and they'll sync up for you instantly.
There's a quick way to pair up your AirPods to your Apple TV. Using the TV remote, press the PLAY button until you see "Devices &'' Content" in the menu and then release the button. There, choose one of the show's choices and choose "AirPods." Your AirPods should immediately sync if everything goes according to plan.
