Using two PCs at their workstation and a third on the road is still common practice for many firms. Powerful people may use BlackBerrys, but only if they have one.

Nowadays, nearly everyone has access to a mobile phone, regardless of whether it runs on Android, iOS, or Windows Phone 7. There's also the choice of a tablet computer running a different operating system than your smartphone. You can use a MacBook Air, which is less than a pound, at home or work.

The variety of operating systems, applications and networking possibilities can be overwhelming. Integrating data from many platforms is a cinch when the right tools and services are employed.

I use a variety of software and hardware to do my tasks. I use Windows 7 on my desktop computer at home to complete my work. I recently upgraded to a MacBook Air running Mac OS X Lion on the road. I have an iPad 2 for more than just checking email and browsing the web. An Android-powered Droid X has replaced my iPhone as my primary phone for work.

Synchronization begins with this first step

Launch Windows 10 and add a synchronizing device like your phone to the system. Press the Windows key to bring up the Start menu, and then put in the command you want to run. When you're done, type "Link your phone" and select the option that appears. As a result, the window shown below will pop up.

Next, you'll need to provide your phone number. After you've entered your phone number, click 'Send.' Shortly, you will receive a text message with a link to download the app. A Microsoft App Launcher is available.

The Android Operating System

As you can see in the above image, this is the notification you should receive on your smartphone. In the Google Play store, Microsoft Launcher will be available. When you click "Install" on the link, you're done. To begin, open the Microsoft Launcher application.

On the next screen of the app, you'll be asked if you want to join your Microsoft account or create a new one. Your Microsoft account can be used on your Windows 10 PC for Office 365, Skype and other Microsoft products. You'll have to create a new account if you don't. Once you've returned to your desktop or laptop, open the Start Menu and look for 'Manage your Account.' To avoid misunderstanding, you must use the same Microsoft account on your PC and the Microsoft Launcher app

Once you have logged into your Windows Live ID, As a data source, the Windows desktop Finally! It's now possible to connect your Windows 10 PC and Android phone. Synchronizing your Android device with Windows 10 has many advantages, which I'll discuss in the following section.

Benefits to Connecting Your Android Phone

There are various benefits to connecting your Android phone or tablet to Windows 10. If you want a smooth transition to Windows 10, you must make Microsoft Launcher your default launcher programme. Microsoft Launcher will present this option the first time you use it to sign into your Microsoft account. After installing this, your Android home screen will seem a little different. Launcher is preinstalled by default on Microsoft systems

, the android operating system. Your home screen will look like this after you move to Microsoft Launcher. Focus your attention on the Microsoft programmes folder the most. Microsoft software that has been installed and uninstalled can be found here. Data can be synchronized between any of these programmes, including Skype, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

With Microsoft Edge, you can start browsing on your phone and continue where you left off on your Windows 10 PC, which is one of my favourite features of the programme. Using Cortana, you can read and respond to SMS messages right from your Windows 10 PC's settings menu, even if you don't have a smartphone or tablet.

Are the benefits of Microsoft Launcher worth it?

The transition to Microsoft Launcher is worthwhile if you frequently use Microsoft programmes like Skype, Edge and Office. Microsoft Launcher is the best Android launcher for seamless transitions between desktop and mobile. Use Microsoft Launcher, and you'll get Microsoft apps instead of the Android ones. You don't have to utilize Cortana or Google Assistant, even if they display on your home screen. Alternatively, you can access your favourite Android and third-party apps via the app launcher or shortcuts on your home screen. You can also use the synchronized Microsoft apps if you need them.
